1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Finazca ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Finazca is a 13-week rolling cash flow forecasting and invoicing platform for small businesses that provides:

  • 13-week rolling cash flow forecasting
  • Client and contact management
  • Invoice creation, management, and delivery
  • Online payment processing via Stripe
  • Financial reporting and analytics
  • Team collaboration features

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time per our Refund Policy. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

5. Credits System

The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed for certain actions (e.g., sending invoices via email, generating forecasts). Free tier includes 10 credits per month. Additional credits may be purchased. Credits do not carry over if you downgrade your plan.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (client information, invoices, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Finazca and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finazca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
