Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings at Billing > Manage Subscription.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the period ends
  • Your account and data remain accessible after cancellation
  • You will be downgraded to the Free plan after cancellation

2. Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

  • Within 7 days of initial purchase: Full refund
  • Within 7 days of renewal: Full refund
  • After 7 days: No refund, but cancellation takes effect at period end

Credit Purchase Refunds

  • Credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used
  • Unused credit purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase
  • Contact support for refund requests

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@finazca.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 3 business days.

4. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment information. There is nothing to refund on the Free plan.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account. We encourage you to reach out to resolve any billing issues.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
